Bankman-Fried is officially in timeout for 25 years
Sam Bankman-Fried has received a 25-year sentence for defrauding FTX customers of $8 billion, concluding his rapid descent from a cryptocurrency mogul to a convicted fraudster. Judge Kaplan highlighted Bankman-Fried's dishonesty and lack of remorse, imposing an $11 billion forfeiture order for victim compensation, amidst broader U.S. crackdowns on crypto malfeasance.
Apple’s Annual Dev Conference, WWDC, June 10-14th
Apple's WWDC is expected to reveal its AI strategy, hinted by CEO Cook, the conference may also showcase new software for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV, alongside an update for the Vision Pro VR headset.
Inaugural Test Flight a Success for Boom
Boom Supersonic's XB-1 prototype took its inaugural flight, advancing the company's ambition to revive commercial supersonic flights.
